This high density rubber sheet is made from a synthetic elastomer called Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR), which is well-known for its extreme physical durability. The material is a very wear-resistant rubber that can absorb movements such as vibrations, abrasions, and impacts that could potentially cause damage to sensitive equipment or sub-floors. The elastic rubber sheet greatly reduces vibrations as they pass through its dense make-up, preventing any potential harm to the sub-surface.
